Account & Registration

Click the Register button on any page of BetBingo. You'll go through a three-step process: first, choose your username, email, and password; next, enter your full name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number; finally, agree to the Terms and Conditions and confirm you're 18 or older. The whole thing takes under three minutes and there's no registration fee. Once done, verify your email via the link sent to your inbox, log in, and your account is fully active.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on BetBingo. This is a hard requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age is confirmed during registration and is verified again through KYC document checks before your first withdrawal. If BetBingo finds that an account belongs to someone under 18, the account is closed immediately with no exceptions.

You can log in with either your username or your registered email address — so try your email first. For a forgotten password, click "Forgot password?" on the Login page, enter your registered email, and we'll send a reset link that's valid for 30 minutes. No — BetBingo allows exactly one account per player. Duplicate accounts are a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate was created by mistake, contact support before placing any bets so the issue can be resolved cleanly without penalties.

No documents are needed at the time of registration. KYC is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include: PhilSys (National ID), Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, UMID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Upload clear, well-lit photos of the front and back of your ID through the verification section in your account settings. Processing typically takes 24–48 hours on business days.

Yes. To change your registered email or mobile number, log in to your BetBingo account, go to Account Settings, and request the change. For security purposes, changing contact details requires you to verify both the old contact method and the new one. If you no longer have access to your original registered email or phone, contact support directly with your identity documents for assisted account recovery.

Deposits

Log in to your BetBingo account and go to the Cashier or Deposit section. Choose your preferred payment method — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, or Visa/Mastercard. Follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen method. All deposits are credited in Philippine Pesos (₱) and most appear in your account balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take a few minutes longer depending on your bank's processing speed.

The minimum deposit at BetBingo is ₱100. This applies across all payment methods including GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. There's no maximum deposit limit on most methods, though individual payment providers may have their own daily limits — for example, GCash has a daily send limit that varies by account verification level. For large deposits, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking or InstaPay/PESONet are usually the most practical options.

GCash and Maya deposits are usually instant — if it hasn't reflected after 5 minutes, refresh your balance or log out and back in. Bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet typically clear within 15–30 minutes. If your balance still hasn't updated after 30 minutes, check that the transaction went through on your payment app's side first. If the payment shows as successful on GCash or your bank but hasn't credited, contact BetBingo support with your transaction reference number and the amount sent — we can trace and credit it manually if needed.

BetBingo accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay bank transfer, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa credit/debit card, and Mastercard credit/debit card. All transactions are in Philippine Pesos (₱). Cryptocurrency and foreign currency payments are not currently accepted.

Withdrawals

Go to the Cashier section in your BetBingo account and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred payout method — GCash and Maya are the fastest options, usually crediting within minutes. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum ₱200) and confirm the request. For your first withdrawal, KYC identity verification must be completed first. Once approved, withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

The minimum withdrawal at BetBingo is ₱200. There is no set maximum, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification to protect both the player and the platform. BetBingo does not charge withdrawal fees from our side — however, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which vary by method and amount.

GCash and Maya withdrawals that haven't arrived within 4 hours should be reported to BetBingo support. Bank transfers can take up to 3 business days — weekends and Philippine public holidays may add to processing time. Common causes of delay include: pending KYC verification, a mismatch between your withdrawal account name and your registered BetBingo name, or a withdrawal request flagged for additional security review. Yes — winnings from bonus play are withdrawable once the wagering requirements attached to the bonus have been met. Each BetBingo bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (e.g. 30x the bonus amount) that must be completed using eligible games before the bonus balance converts to real money. Check your active bonus terms in your account dashboard for the exact wagering requirements. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable immediately without wagering requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

After completing BetBingo registration and verifying your email, log in to your account. Your welcome bonus offer will appear on your dashboard. Make your first qualifying deposit — minimum ₱100 — and the bonus amount will be credited to your bonus balance automatically. No promo code is required. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you need to bet a certain total amount before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱15,000 in eligible bets before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while card games and sports betting may contribute less. Your bonus dashboard shows your current wagering progress in real time.
